Clippers Quay is a landmark project for Manchester as this development is the UK’s largest finished ‘Buy to Rent’ scheme outside London.
The project spans over 4 acres and the contract value is £100m . The Architects were Leach Rhodes Walker and the project comprises of 614-apartment build-to-rent scheme in the historic Salford Quays area of Manchester, which was constructed by Sir Robert McAlpine.
The development is configured within five blocks and also includes more than 7,000 sq. ft of resident amenity space including a cinema room, private dining room, residents lounge and co-working space.
The 65mm Normandy Grey was selected as the Architect wanted a contemporary look to the brickwork albeit the slight multi in the brick gave the completed brickwork some colour shade interest.
