Completed in 2020, the Traditional Brick & Stone Maranello Brick was specified for the third Staycity ApartHotel in Manchester featuring over 200 new rooms including one bed and studio apartments with recreational facilities including a cafe and a new gym.

Apartments Built for Comfort
All 224 apartments include fully equipped kitchens (kitchenettes in studios), dreamy Hypnos mattresses, rainfall showers, 40-inch smart TVs, fresh towels and bed linen, and complimentary high-speed WiFi.
Hotel-quality amenities include a 24-hour reception, a fitness room, on-site guest laundry, and a Staycafé serving buffet breakfast, pizzas, snacks and a range of drinks. The on-site café covers breakfast options as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day.
This new hotel is the third Staycity Aparthotel constructed in Manchester alongside the developments at Laystall Street and Manchester Piccadilly.
Brick Choice
The Maranello brickwork has a contemporary feel while nodding to Manchester's industrial heritage. The tonal variation and texture give it warmth and richness at close range, while from a distance it reads as a cohesive, earthy brown. It suits the Northern Quarter context well — modern in detailing but grounded in the city's brick-built tradition.
