The Birkdale Blend was chosen by the client to harmonize with the surrounding architecture while delivering a timeless, elegant aesthetic.
The homeowner selected the Birkdale Blend after evaluating several properties featuring the same brick. This choice was driven by a desire to merge classic design with modern nuances, ensuring the new build resonated with the local architecture.
